Gleeds was appointed as technical advisor on the construction of the administrative building.

Park One offers eight office floors with a floor space of up to 1499 m2 and an attractive 670 m2 top unit with magnificient views over Bratislava castle. Retail units and a restaurant serve the building on the ground floor. Car parking is housed on four underground floors with a capacity of 177 vehicles.
