Projekt Góraszka is a mixed use complex of approximately 74 000 m2  by Nhood Polska in the Wiązowna commune near Warsaw.

Project with GLA of over 45 000 m2 will consist of a retail park, outlet store, hypermarket, fitness centre, foodcourt, cinema, as well as a large DIY store, drive-thru dining facilities and a petrol station.

The architectural concept of SUD Architectes assumes that the emerging facilities will be integrated into the existing environment - the Majaland entertainment center or the planned aquapark.

The new mixed-use project of Nhood Polska in Góraszka will provide residents of the south-eastern part of the Warsaw agglomeration with convenient shopping centre, access to various services and many opportunities to spend their free time in an attractive way. The multifunctional complex in conjunction with the already operating Majaland Warsaw family amusement park will be a unique proposition for the inhabitants of the region.

During the implementation, numerous measures in the field of sustainable construction will be used, such as building materials from local producers, including natural wood and stone.

In addition there will be implemented solutions that guarantee better energy efficiency/low use of energy, that will be provided from sustainable sources – including solar panels.

Methods ensuring the retention of rainwater will enable to use it for the needs of the complex. These include rain gardens or green roofs with extensive flora. The retained water will be used to hydrate the green areas of the complex.

Gleeds Polska is supporting the realization of Projekt Góraszka by providing project management support during the design of the internal infrastructure.
