With responsibility for project and cost managing the full refurbishment of their Paris hotel, located within touching distance of Charles de Gaulle airport, well-considered planning and logistics were crucial.

A 240-room refurb

To minimise impact on hotel operations and guest experience renovation to bedrooms, the conferencing centre and public spaces were managed in phases. While work across the hotel’s 240 rooms and 12 suites alone, ran across eight stages.
