TDDs for grocery-anchored retail portfolios
Since starting work with our client Slate Asset Management in 2017, we have provided them with technical due diligence services for more than 300 properties, amounting to over 454,000m² of predominantly grocery-anchored retail space so far.
Our extensive surveys and detailed reports provide our client with the figures needed to help inform their acquisition and sales decisions.
Gleeds carefully carried out a site visit and drew up a report for each property, collating all of the cost information into a portfolio-wide CAPEX. Together, these provided our client with the accurate, extensive and reliable cost information needed for further planning.
The portfolios are located throughout Germany, and our presence in several major German cities means that we can provide on site services with the necessary local and market expertise for every property.
